Fantastic stay. Room was renovated and in excellent condition. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was great and price was very reasonable in comparison to other hotels. What more could one want. Would definitely stay again.

Viaggio di coppia. L’hotel si trova sulla 14th della Ocean Dr a 100 metri dalla spiaggia,vicino a tutti i ristoranti e servizi,la camera ha quasi tutto però non ha armadi,ha solo 3 cassetti e 5-6 grucce,quindi abbiamo dovuto tenere tutto nelle valigie. Apertura delle finestre minima senza zanzariere.Condizionatore molto rumoroso,infatti dormivamo sempre con i tappi. Servizio di pulizia buono anche se ogni giorno si dimenticavano qualcosa,forse non hanno una check-list da consultare per rifare le camere.Bottiglie d’acqua illimitate e macchina del caffè espresso in camera con cialde nuove ogni mattina.Sunbeds e teli da mare inclusi.Bici incluse.Receptionist e personale molto gentili e disponibili.

Excellent place to stay right near the heart of South Beach. It's just about a block from all the action, so it's fairly quiet and convenient. Traveled with a baby and everything went smoothly. The boutique is small, but has a lot of personality and style. It's near a 24 hour Walgreens, and tons of restaurants, including a delicious sandwich place that's open until 5am. And about a 2 minute walk to the beach (the hotel provides chairs, towels, and umbrellas).

Absolutely loved the location. Arrived early and hotel stored our luggage until our room was available. Enjoyed the beach without worrying about our things. Food looked amazing, but already had plans elsewhere. Great services and people. Hotel is a little older, but we were very pleases

La ubicación es buenísima. Me encanta el hotel. El único inconveniente que veo es que los baños no tienen extractor de aire y que la habitación huele mucho a humedad. Deberían poner deshumidificadores.

The staff was awesome, Mike was very helpful he got us a taxi and helped us with the luggage. Super nice and friendly. The attached restaurant was nice for a great breakfast and Nastor, our waiter was good humored and also super nice.

We loved the location and that it was to the quieter side of the strip. The bed was comfortable and we also appreciate that we couldn't hear guests from the room next door or the room across from us. We didn't like the bathroom in our room. It was extremely small and a sliding door for the shower would have been a better design than being on a hinge. We had to navigate getting into the shower without getting the floors wet as well as not getting burn from the hot water as the temperature would fluctuate. Apart from this issue I would recommend this property. It was a nice stay.

Business stay on South Beach

I've stayed at Winter Haven several times, it is a nice hotel if you want to stay in this part of Miami Beach. Friendly staff and a good restaurant. There are other options but it comes with a price tag.
