"Property was great. All staff were friendly and hospitable. I will stay again when I return."

"Pros: Overall good. Cons: Room 107(?), the first room on the right side of the hallway, up 6 steps (no elevator to this level) from the lobby level. It had a vent in the ceiling that was big enough for the whole hallway and lobby (4’x3’?), and it made noise at night. There was a portable ac unit in the room too. No one told to use it instead of the regular wall thermostat until I brought this to their attention at checkout. We stayed in another room across the plaza. Same thing, carry luggage up six steps. No one informed us that there was a ramp around back. We’re old people. The shade in the second room stopped working on the first try. Stuck open, bright lights all night from the parking garage across the street. P.S. The mini bar charges for K-Cups. We would probably stay here again, though. It is in a good location, a short walk to the beach and shops."

"Staff was amazing! They ley us check in several hours early so we weren't stranded with our bags until check-in time! They also gave us complimentary drink cards & let us keep our bags there after checkout until we left to the airport! "
