"The property is conveniently located. The staff was friendly and polite, the property was neat and tidy overall, parking was easy and convenient and the overall first impression was great. However, the bathroom left a LOT to be desired. The tub drain was clogged leading to water nastily pooling up. The shower head was loose, the faucet wasn't working properly, the towel rack was loose and half pulled out of the wall. The outlet into which the coffee maker was plugged into wasn't working. These factors detracted from an otherwise nice experience."

"We stayed at the Hive for 5 nights. The staff were all very accommodating and professional. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. The location is walkable to Georgetown and also the national mall which was convenient. The hotel area is very safe and quiet at night. The rooftop Hive bar was very cool and also having a pizza place on site was great for snacking. Additionally the offsite parking that was available to hotel guest was nicely discounted and in close proximity. All in All we enjoyed our stay at the Hive and would definitely return. Highly recommend."

"The place was great but the bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on since it was just a box spring and uncomfortable. I had to use pillows to sleep on to make the mattress softer. If they changed out the mattresses for something of a Marriott quality it would be my go to hotel when in Md?"
