"I had a great stay at the Sheraton Pentagon Hotel. The staff was amazing from start to finish — friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which made a big difference throughout the stay. The rooms were clean and well‑maintained, and housekeeping did a nice job keeping everything comfortable. It’s clearly an older building, but it’s been cared for, and nothing felt neglected. One of the biggest perks is the daily shuttle service, which runs to the Pentagon Fashion Centre (mall) and Reagan National Airport — extremely convenient and a really nice added benefit. The gym is also solid — nothing fancy, but it has everything you need for a good workout, including cardio machines and weights. Overall, it’s a dependable hotel with great staff, clean rooms, and very convenient transportation options. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if you need easy access to the Pentagon area or DCA."

"Room was clean and staff were super friendly. There was a ceiling tile missing in the closet-not a huge deal but kinda weird. Also, the breakfast was delicious but something in the sausage (I think) made me feel sick later. "
