"This place is a small cottage in the back yard of a suburban home. The cottage is very small with a combined bedroom/kitchen and not much room to sit, but there is a large back yard for when the weather is good. The kitchen is limited, but there is an outdoor barbecue which we made use of. Jerry was easy to communicate with, and the price for the DC area was excellent. It would be difficult to stay here without a car."

"The property was just as it was advertised, modern, very nice, and immaculate. It is two short blocks from the Metro Rail and it is quick and easy to get into Washington DC. The communications and instructions were perfect."

"Excellent location, well-maintained corporate house. This is much more comfortable than living in a hotel with a large kitchen. Beds are very comfortable too. Whole foods and starbucks are right down the building. Steps to Yellow line. Will live here again!"

"First, I liked the space overall. A completely beautifully finished basement with everything you need at your fingertips. Laundry, room with attached full bathroom, very comfortable beds and bedding, nice sized kitchen area and appliances as well as well lit entry way and convenient parking. The area was safe and close to all activities we enjoyed during our stay. Will definitely stay again! This place is a gem! Definitely a home away from home! "

"Stay and everything was good. Place is close to the airport and a short drive to other attractions. The only concern was the lack of communication about the property instructions and check-in rules. And a very disturbing conversation with a We Host Customer support begging for the WiFi password!! If these information was give before hand, everything would have been grate."

"Super clean, convenient and spacious. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the property while moving her out of her college dorm. The apartment was extremely clean, nice plush carpet and comfortable beds. The terrace is a very nice to have with a table and comfortable chairs provided. Parking was $20 a day- not bad for the area. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around. The Front Desk staff was delightful especially Cameron. "We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to check in and drop off our luggage, we immediately had to go to a grocery store to buy toilet paper. It was very odd and inconvenient "

"This is a really fun location right on King street. Highly recommend. The room is like an efficiency apartment, very cool. We just used the fridge but there is cookware and glass cups. It is a homey kind of feel. We used the dishes and used the sink for daily washing. This apartment is right in the middle of a busy street. So it is pretty lively until after midnight.
