"Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll... desaströse hygienische Zustände, Schrank war nur noch Sperrmüll, im Bett Silberfische vorgefunden, mitgebuchte Küche war nicht vorhanden bzw. gab es nur eine Gemeinschaftsküche, die fest in der Hand der wohl dort dauerhaft wohnen den Leute war. "The digital check in process does not let you check in until exactly 3 pm. The room is assigned automatically, but it does not mean it is ready for you. If you arrived earlier, there is no place to leave your suitcases until you get access to the room. When we finally get into the room, it was not cleaned after previous tenants. "Excellant location for Frankfurt Messe and hence always easy to find a taxi. Breakfast was superb both in quality and variety. Dinner menu a little limited but there are many good places to choose to eat something different within easy walking distance. Only slight negative would be a lack of USB charging outlets in bedrooms. That said bedrooms are large, clean, comfortable and plenty of hot water for shower etc. Would definitely stay there again."
