"We stayed two nights in a King room. It was very spacious, full size bathroom and a large kitchenette. Room was beautiful. Absolutely amazing customer service. Staff were lovely and super helpful. Loved the spa pool & sauna. Only inconvenience was no onsite laundry. Larger suites have washer/drier which i should have checked. dry cleaning was too expensive/unnecessary. Closest laundromat was a 20minute walk. Thank you so much. We will be staying again. "

"This Hotel is going through some restoration's at this time, check-in staff are doing a fantastic job with very limited room to operate in. All staff were excellent, even the lady that cleans the room asked if there was anything more she could do. overhaul a really great Hotel in the Heart of Wellington city. Very clean, and very well run."

"Fantastic place to stay, great location, great feel to the place. The lift is slow and there was only 1 accessing our part of the hotel, but this wasn’t the end of the world. I did choose to take the stairs down from 6th floor one day as the lift was being held on another floor, but it wasn’t bad at all. One thing that really frustrates me is having light switches on the outside of the bathroom, so you get up in the night while others are asleep in the room and have to use cell phone torch to light the bathroom or you’ll wake everyone up with the light from the bathroom before you shut the door. They are not alone in this, but it is a crazy feature, that would be worth the cost to alter. "

"Excellent location for an event at the Sky Stadium. Everything so close for restaurants and bars. Rooms are perfect for the 2 nights we were there. Very comfy bed too. "
