"Service was great, breakfast was delicious, the view of Eiger was stunning."

"It was a spectacular place; the room, the amenities, and especially the hotel staff made you feel at home. The views are beautiful, and getting there is easy; just keep in mind that you have to take a gondola down and back up, which is less than 10 minutes, or hike for about 2 hours. I would undoubtedly return to stay for a long period."

"Everything about this stay was perfect!"

"Fabulous property in a perfect location along the river! The Front Desk staff was very helpful. They were able to get us tickets for the Lucerne Music Festival and helped us with very good dinner reservations. The room was perfect, with a nice large balcony over looking the river. We will definitely stay here again."

"Very nice place with a kitchen, separate rooms for 2 double beds, and free breakfast. One of the best places i've stayed in Europe."

"Amazing place to stay at. Staff was very helpful, this is downhill from their main train station but the hotel has a shuttle service and will give a multi use bus pass to easily go uphill to the Grindelwald train station during your stay. The breakfast is great and the view from the hotel is amazing."

"We had such a lovely stay here! The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming and personal. The property is beautifully maintained, the location is great, and we also really enjoyed dinner at the hotel. Overall, it was a very comfortable and memorable stay, and we felt genuinely well taken care of."
