"This is an exceptional hotel, beautifully decorated, wonderful staff and an amazing breakfast. Highly recommend booking here!"

"Lovely hotel! A short walk uphill from the nearest bus stop but the views are amazing, the beds comfortable, and the buffet breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!"

"Amazing view. Very nice accommodations. Convenient access to the Schilthorn Gondola. The only downside is that room 26 is directly below the restaurant, which was noisy because chairs slid on the floor until 10:30. Restaurant was convenient and had very good food. They let me order and take food to room because my spouse was ill. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"Good breakfast, decent location, big rooms, hard mattresses and thin pillows."

"It's an older building but reasonably well maintained. Breakfast was good to get a great start every morning. Location also withing walking distance of nearby train station and grocery stores - though a bit far from main thoroughfare at Interlaken. Had difficulty communicating with staff, who are only on site for a limited hours, due to language barrier. Otherwise all good."

"Excellent staff all around, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful! A beautiful place, excellent breakfast included, very clean and amazing indoor pool with the best view of the mountains! We look forward to staying at Sunstar again!"

"Included buffet breakfast was very good We stayed in the newer building and the view was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"Great stay !"

"Delightful hotel and very convienent the train station. My room was spacious and had a wonderful patio with a spectacular mountain view. Breakfast was included with my reservation. The buffet style was first class, as was the dining room. The staff were wonderful. The perfect relaxing weekend place to recharge!"

"This hotel was incredible. It was set with mountains on all sides. The lake in view from the balcony. Breakfast was incredible. The staff was so nice-the airlines lost one of our suitcases and they were so helpful with helping us try to call the airlines for communication about our lost suitcase."

"Phenomenal place and the location next to the train station was perfect! Would absolutely stay here again."
