"Shared patio with next door unit. The gate keypad lock for the front gate didn't work so it was just open the whole time. Not very safe. Didn't have the right code to get in the unit so called to figure out after the laundry lady let us in. The lady who called really didn't care about my concerns that we were using a code to our unit that others had and when i tried to get a word in was told i was being loud which I wasn't then was told it was my tone so she just wanted to be right. I had to book last minute after VRBO allowed a house I had booked up the street months in advance to cancel my reservation since she found someone for a longer stay. This cost me double what I originally paid for a house. "
