"Beach Terrace made our trip effortless, thanks to attentive staff who checked in on us and handled every request with a smile. The rooms were nicely remodeled, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. We loved the beach setup; having chairs and umbrellas on-site every day was incredibly convenient. The location is perfect too. It was fully walkable to all the restaurants in town, so dinner plans were a breeze.

"Travel the way it used to be. This 50’s style motel that is being refreshed provided the basics of travel at a fair price. The room was clean, linens were clean, the A/C worked, it had blackout curtains that actually worked, the bathroom was just remodeled, plenty of dining options within a couple blocks and you can park right by your room for ease of access. And beach access is just 3-4 blocks through a quiet residential neighborhood. An excellent choice for the budget conscious traveler who has the right expectations. "

"I freaking love The Green Room! This is our 2nd or 3rd stay, and I’ll keep coming back as long as it’s there. The location is fantastic, being close to a lot of local shopping, restaurants, the beach, and other activities. Most of which we walked to, or it was a very short car ride. The room itself was clean, set up well, and detached from other rooms which was nice. It’s next to a main road but it’s still surprisingly quiet and didn’t disturb us. The property is lovely, with a hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor seating. Any questions we had were answered within just a few minutes of sending a text. Everything about staying here is super easy - I swear I wish I could live here!!!"
