"The hotel is well kept but a bit dated such as the old 13 litre flush toilets. Rooms are clean and comfortable All staff members we came into contact with were very friendly. The only exception was check in. The person didn’t smile and was not personable at all. That was the only exception The hallways were very cold with the air conditioning seemingly set very low. Altos restaurant had a great breakfast. Most people chose the buffet but we ordered off the menu. Very friendly for those with mobility issues. Casino is very nice but as most do it caters to slot players. Blackjack tables don’t open until 5:30. The 3 days we were there they only had one $10, one $15 and one $25 table. Very hard to find a seat. Understandably no outside food or drink. I bought a Coke Zero from the hotel Coke machine yet could not bring it in. Overall, a great place to stay."
