Room smelled like mouldy carpet and musk. Noisy! Unsafe to go outside! Hot tub had 4 jets…nothing warmer than a regular bath. Would not stay again!

Staff were friendly, efficient. Still being treated for bed bugs. No noise control after 10, 11 p.m.; children and adults shouting throughout hall area; room door constantly noisily slammed shut; did not have restful sleep during entire stay.

The hot tub was dirty, a layer floating on the top, the pool was also unclean, and not properly monitored, kids unattended, kids in the pool wearing their dirty socks, the room was ok, bathroom floor wasn’t washed but the bed linens were clean, tv didn’t work all the time. For the price, I expected it to be more hygienic, next trip to Winnipeg I’ll be reserving elsewhere.
