The room was great and the location is amazing, so many good restaurants nearby and the Polo Park mall basically across the street. The best part was the incredibly inexpensive breakfast special and the dining room staff were so very friendly and fast.

Staff was great check in and check out Room was clean.The carpets on the 3rd floor and main entrance were filthy needing cleaning or replaced?? Every vender machine for drinks or water were out of order got a hold of a cleaner she brought us water to our room.Restaurant was not open when we arrived just lounge had to go out for dinner and breakfast very disappointing?

The building is old and in need of renovations. The staff was wonderful and the place was spotless. One elevator did not work and you could stand there waiting for it to come for ever. There should be a sign in it. The other elevator was slow and makes lots of noise (it is old). The carpet and wall paper show their age but the place was clean. Staff were friendly and courteous. Did not receive vouchers for breakfast so not sure if that is included anymore. The bar was also clean and staff was pleasant.

It had everything u needed, and very close to polo park and other restaurants. Rooms were noisy because of kids running around, there is a pool there. Also on a busy street. Rooms were dated and could see the wear and tear.

The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful restaurant for breakfast and the best thing is that it is located around everything, shopping at Polo Park, excellent restaurants and a movie theatre, not far from the Zoo and many parks. I have stayed there for many years and couldn’t be happier with the location that is close to so many wonderful things to do in Winnipeg and their rates are very reasonable.

Bathroom door hinges were loose and door was hard to close. Closet door was off runner. Staff offered to move us to another room. The problems were fixed but then the bathroom door wouldn’t close. Staff were friendly, room was quiet.
