"Beautiful home, wonderful ownership."

"This is a beautiful house in a very serene setting. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to downtown Mendocino and not too far from some nice beaches to hike and explore. As noted, cell service is somewhat spotty in the general area but the house WiFi worked just fine. Very nicely decorated. Good linens, kitchen had pretty much everything we needed; comfortable beds, clean and airy. Two outside dog runs plus a wraparound deck. Sat outside as much as possible enjoying the peace and quiet. "The house, location, and yard are quite lovely. The two K bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable as was the kitchen and living areas. Bedrooms 3 and 4 were separate and had very little ventilation. Only one side of the window opened in the 3rd bedroom and the kids room had a black garbage bag over the window so no ventilation at all and totally black without lighting.
