Enjoy the large private yard and sun deck submerged in nature at this unique retreat located on the prime beach access trail head

Beach access

Enjoyed the time, walking to the ocean was about 20 minutes…up and down on sand dunes..great exercise. Location was nice to Fort Bragg and Mendocino..the house is definitely on a super quiet road and neighborhood. It would be an added bonus if they had on the back patio table /chairs and umbrella…gets hot back there in the sun.
