"The rooms are outdated. The bathroom was awful. There was old blood on the lamp shade. The mattresses had stains. Half the television channels didn’t work. Staff were pleasant."

"Upon arrival the area was full of angry people. Fights in the parking lot and a mob in the lobby. There were no clean rooms to be had. No housekeeping staff on the premises. They refused to assist and turned us away. This was the last thing we expected to have happen. We were taken advantage of by other establishments because of the desperate situation we were in. By far, the worst hotel experience ever."

"The bathrooms desperately need updating But overall a nice place to stay as it’s convenient to loads of shopping and eating clean and staff are wonderful !"

"The stay was average. It had a lot of choice of food. It was very pricey for even the lower price options. The lobby smelled like smoke because smoking was allowed in parts of the hotel. That was not a pleasant smell. The hotel room was clean, the bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I would expect from a resort. There was no breakfast included with the stay. There was no map of the place to know where the restaurants and pool areas were or instructions on how to use the elevator. You needed to use your room key to scan in the elevator to get to the room floor. This was a first for us. We figured it out but it would have nice when we checked in if they asked it we needed help with any of that stuff. "

"The location is grand for the area and interstate access and the parking pleantiful. Breakfast buffet could be improved. When checking in no mention was done about the breakfast for week and weekends. No mention ofthe bar."

"It was conveniently located to walk to keybank center. We parked across the street for $22-ish for 24 hours. The front desk staff was very helpful and the property was very nice. The room, specifically the bathroom, didn’t seem super clean. The hand towels had hairs on them and a washcloth had something blue on it. That made me wonder if everything else was as clean as it could be. There were also no usb outlets which now seem standard in hotel rooms…so I was unprepared to charge my Apple Watch. Overall it was a nice stay, but maybe not for the high price."
