The hotel staff were extremely friendly. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Loved being able to have a hot breakfast in the morning that was very good. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean but there was a smell in the bathroom. Not a really strong smell but not a good smell. Room was nice but seemed a little small. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Meat, potatoes, eggs, waffles, and more each morning. Coffee available all the time. Convenient location.

Overall, I had a good stay, and the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, there are a few areas that need attention. The bathroom had rust in multiple places, and the room had a noticeable smell. Additionally, the service outside of the front desk needs improvement; the staff in the breakfast room were not even smiling, seemed unwelcoming. With better room maintenance and better customer service training, this would be a much better place to stay

Overall the stay was pleasant. A clean room is what matters the most to me, especially the bed. My room was very clean, and no complaints about the sheets. Many hotels do not know how to clean their sheets but this hotel knows what they're doing. Please keep it up! I will stay here again. Thank you!

Other than the price point and location of the hotel to Niagara Falls it was just ok. Bed was rock hard, breakfast was the same every day, turkey sausage, eggs, waffles, toast, yogurt and cereal. Staff was friendly House keeping was upon request but they provided additional towels whenever we needed. Our room was located in the area where the indoor pool was located so literally could not sit on balcony unless we wanted to listen to the guests in the pool and endure the moisture from the pool. Also they did not have a safe to place valuables in while out venturing in town. Overall you get what you pay for!
