Michael at the front desk was exceptional, very kind, personable and informative! Check in was quick and room, although a bit dark was clean and comfortable with many amenities! The restaurant and bar area looked great and inviting, plus open late! Quite as well!

Showers were really big and loved the layout with sink outside the bathroom (toilet and shower). Breakfast was great, and we enjoyed using the bar for a night cap. Would definitely stay again. Saw the owner, Mr. Salvatore, on Sunday at his hotel, which you never see that anywhere else.

Everything was clean rooms look good and meticulously cleaned. Only had one problem got my bill in the morning and it had 134 hour charge on it for the restaurant which we were not in there at all we were at a wedding that’s why we went there but when I called Office there, he said he would straighten it out and when I walked by to bring my luggage out, he said he straightened it all out and everything OK hope so

We had a wonderful experience during our evening at Salvatores Grand Hotel. From the warm reception to the elegant lobby to the character in the hallways and the comfortable, clean, and well-appointed room every element exceeded expectations. The experience in this owner-operated establishment cannot be replicated at your standard mid-range, cookie-cutter, sterile hotel. Russell's chophouse on the premises was the perfect setting for a lovely steak dinner and cocktails. Few hotels in the luxury price point have such an exemplary restaurant on site. The complimentary breakfast buffet the following morning was a wonderful way to get the day started prior to our departure. When we shuffle back to Buffalo we will certainly be staying at Salvatores!

Great hotel in Buffalo. A unique experience, not your usual box hotel at all. Staff were great. The owner, Russell Salvatore is always on site and very friendly . He’s a local celebrity and philanthropist. His restaurant, Russell’s Steak and Chophouse is also excellent. Nice breakfast every morning! Rooms are quite large and comfortable. A great place to stay. Easy access to Niagara Falls also. Rent a car so you can see the sights in both New York and Canada.

Entire staff very welcoming, dinner was amazing and Chris my waiter helpful and excellent service. Breakfast was also wonderful. Mr. Salvatore was always on site insuring guests are enjoying their stay.

This was the best hotel I’ve experienced , nothing was out of place very clean ,smells really good , the quality of everything was 10/10 breakfast was good, everyone was nice and spoke , I think even the own Mr Salvatore made appearances with the uniform on overall an amazing experience highly recommended and will be staying again
