"The hotel was in a great location off time square. It was clean and the staff were really nice. I love the lobby area. I also felt safe because it required a key pass to go to your rooms. We had a quad room with 2 bunk beds. It did not have curtains or drawers like the ones pictured on the website. But it did have chargers in the wall and the beds were comfortable. I loved the down blankets. The bathrooms were clean. Make sure you bring a body pouf or washcloth because they don’t have those. "

"The staff is great. The hotel is very run down, super old and in a very bad condition everywhere. The entrance is ok but once you go in the corridors it is very bad. The rooms are extra extra small. They barely fit 2 twin beds."

"Air conditioning is capped to 18degrees and can't get any colder. Room cools up good anyway. The only disappointment is that the room does not have any fridge to cool up your drinks/food. No plastic cups or any free coffee or tea packs. Also, there is no electric kettle to get hot water for coffee or any food that needs hot water. Even a $60 budget hotel has such amenities. Quite a letdown if you're gonna ask me."
