"Only two negatives : Needs black out blinds woke early as too bright. Beds arnt the comfiest , I sleep on a flat bed settee so the crease was in my bad and so uncomfortable and flat/hard & pillows were useless, not comfy On the plus : Clean , modern , bathroom nice and warm (radiator constantly on in there ) . Nice neutral decor . Well equipped kitchen , clean fluffy towels , hairdryer/iron/fan . Host was attentive ,very helpful told us to call if any problems , answered phone every time....

"It’s in the middle of Liverpool one, so there are a lot of shops are restaurants within minutes which was very nice! The hotel itself was good. Easy check in/check out process. We had an issue with our shower, but the lady at the front desk was swift in contacting maintenance. It was fixed by the time we returned from dinner. The main road is quite noisy, but they have double pained windows that do a good job of blocking out the noise. It is very close to the train station, about a 5-7 minute...

"Absolutely brilliant. Our wedding anniversary in room 503 the executive suite. Absolutely spotless & very spacious. Superb king size bed & a sofa/settee. Awesome view of the city. Very pleasant staff & professional. Can't find fault at all. Definitely highly recommended. "
