They thought of everything, coffee and tea for the morning, balls and a fluffy bed that our pup thoroughly enjoyed. Clean, comfortable, hosts were great. Nature trail was beautiful. "The cabin was wonderful, cozy, and relaxing. The instructions around the house, were easy to follow, a wonderful binder with wildlife safety tucked into the corner pockets, a bio of the hosts and much more. The kitchen stocked with all utensils possible for cooking. I really enjoyed that the hosts were only a message away and replied promptly. Cozy Pendleton blankets everywhere, which are my favorite. Perfect sound of the river coming through the windows and gas fireplace to help warm and relax you. Will definitely stay again. "

"This is a fantastic cabin and a wonderful property! The listing is super accurate but I’ll also highlight that the kitchen is small but incredibly well stocked, the bed was very comfortable, and all furnishings were great. The screened in porch is fantastic (what a gorgeous river view!) and has very comfortable chairs to enjoy. The home was extremely clean. Wi-Fi worked well. There was a stand fan in the bedroom which was nice to have. Overall: this cabin (value, amenities, setting) truly can’t be beat!Some general notes if you visit: I’d bring a few throw blankets to snuggle under while out in the screened in porch in the evening. The lighting in the main room is only overhead and pretty bright; just an FYI more than anything. We really enjoyed this cabin and look forward to visiting again!"

"The McKenzie River house is right next to the river and all of its magnificence. Everything inside the house is there for you to enjoy the river and your stay. We are a group of plein air painters and this was our annual retreat.The wide deck above the river was very important to us to set up our easels for the views.The front wooded acreage was an alternate subject for our paintings. The sunshine through the trees beautiful.Tim was so reassuring and attentive, leaving flowers and wine to welcome us. Some of us enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor shower, and river swing. We cooked fabulous meals in the well appointed kitchen. The huge dining table was our gathering place.This was one of our most favorite places to paint outdoors."

"Awesome house. Tons of space for a big group. The upstairs TV area is great for groups to hang out. Would definitely stay again when we return in the future. Easy to get to a number of awesome hikes in the area too - our group enjoyed a few hour trip up to the Blue Pool."
