Relax in this beautifully decorated, shore-themed 3 bedroom residence with amazing ocean views on the south side of The Grand. Residence 703 boasts a spacious floor plan and large private veranda, perfect for unwinding after a long day in the summer sun. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen with Viking appliances and Sub-Zero refrigerator. The Grand amenities include: private beach with lounge chair & umbrella service, the beachfront infinity-edge pool, hot tub, children's pool, BBQ grills, fitness center, saunas, and game room!







Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service available full-time from Father's Day to Labor Day contingent on The Grand management.

To other people, the cost may seem like a lot to "just" go to Wildwood, but when you're at the Grand and especially the residence we were in, you know that it's worth every penny!!

We felt that you navigated these unprecedented times extraordinarily well. It was as close to normalcy as you can get right now and we are thoroughly grateful and appreciative of our recent stay. The staff went above and beyond to take all precautionary measures keeping everyone safe while trying to operate as normal as possible. Thank you! The members of your team always call back right away if they miss your call. They are thorough and professional and super courteous and friendly. The check in /check out process has only gotten better over the 4 years since we have been renting at The Grand.

We love the Grand. Beautiful property, amazing location and quiet. Love the beach and the outdoor bar next door at the ICONA.

The check-in at the Grand was chaotic. Guests all checked in at the same time. Some families utilized two or more carts while the rest of us waited patiently for carts to be returned. Only two elevators were working. Didn’t care for the wrist bands as they could not be removed and the clip was very scratchy. Suggest the old rubber bands used in the past be returned Team members are great especially Ricky.
