Staff was accommodating with our luggage storage. The location is good for the caves but it is noisy as it is along the highway. Seems to be used by workers overnighting for working in the area.

The room was clean and comfortable with a microwave, refrigerator, some dishes, and plenty of space. It isn’t fancy, but was a nice place to stay a couple of nights in the Waitomo area.
