"Great Stay! Great Location! "

"The location was perfect for walking to the Metro and places to eat. It felt very safe, even walking at night. We enjoyed being so close to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail and rented bikes from a nearby Capital Bikeshare station to explore. One thing that was confusing is the check in—you need to fill out a form online with your personal details before check in. Upon arrival, press “Leasing Office” on the door pad to call the front desk to be let in. We arrived at night and were confused...

"Few snafu's with the listing (ended up with 2 twin beds in one room), had a few minor tech issues, but overall will defnitely be staying here again. I am in the Reston area for business frequently and this is by far the best option."

"When I booked the VRBO, the photo's and the actual place did not match. The apartment was on a very busy road with sirens and traffic all day and into the late evenings. The shower in the guest bath did not work properly and it never was fixed although we asked twice. The washer for clothes did not work. Overall, it was not a good experience and I would not recommend the apartment that was "assigned" to us from the management company. It is not a VRBO by owner."
