This property is like visiting one of the "wonders of the world". The engineering that went into the design and construction of this property in trying to make it Earth friendly is amazing. "This was our first trip to the Black Hills, and the Little Elk Cottage was the perfect setting for our trip. The cottage is adorable, very private and within reasonable driving times to the area’s attractions. The cottage was well equipped and well furnished. We had a very relaxing getaway, and would recommend the cottage to anyone visiting the Black Hills area. Herb M."

"What an adorable property! We arrived late evening but check in was a breeze and I couldn’t stop carrying on about how cute this small space was. Great for singles or couples. A short walk to Black Hills State University where we watched our boys run track. My favorite thing about Spearfish has got to be the rec walking paths.
