Cabin was closer to a Hiway than we anticipated and a motel behind us….During busy tourist season that could present more noise. Lovely property! Easy communication with host."

"This is a beautiful, peaceful, wooded property, often visited by deer and wild turkey. The chalet itself is so quaint and lovely and was way beyond my expectations, with a fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, grill, gazebo, deck, books, two large tvs and dvd player, etc. It is an open concept, so no doors on the bedrooms, so if there is a snorer, bring your earplugs. "We had an impromptu Labor Day family trip. Scott was so accommodating and helped us with all our questions. The deck was amazing to make smores and there is a massive lawn played games on and even an outdoor batting cage which was a "hit". Basement is full of games and theatre seating with a very cool bar with memorabilia."

"Quiet, comfortable hotel. One thing I didn't realize about residential hotels is that most of the guests are there for an extended period of time so in general they will be quieter than guests at other hotels. In addition, there will be fewer children around. Excellent breakfast every morning in a clean breakfast room."
