"Although they are working on renovating rooms, we unfortunately did not have one of them. Our room was dated and in definite need of renovating. The carpet felt damp and quite musty. The furniture in the room was definitely outdated and for the most part was not needed. The desk and dresser just took up space, which was sorely lacking."

"The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, staff was friendly and very responsive to any questions we had, location ideal if planning to bike the trail and their is a lovely outside deck overlooking the town where you can sit and enjoy the view of the town and mountains."

"This cabin is loaded with rustic charm. It’s clear that the owners put thought and planning into outfitting the property for maximum convenience and comfort. It’s capable of hosting a large family but it’s cozy enough to make 2 people feel relaxed and at home. Our dogs loved the peaceful atmosphere and being in nature seeing deer feeding just outside the door. We would definitely visit again and would recommend this home without reservation. The only thing missing was a dishwasher but we ate out mostly so it wasn’t an issue."

"Four of us stayed at this house because we wanted to visit Jim Thorpe! The house was very spacious and clean! We were able to explore and sight see during the day then come back and play games and relax. We all said it would be a great place to bring a family as there is plenty of room plus a game room in the basement! The deck was lovely and the only thing we wished was that the weather was a bit warmer so we could have sat out there and had tea in the morning! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others"

"The house was beautiful and spacious, perfect for a girls’ weekend trip. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and pantry essentials, the beautiful dining table was large enough to seat our entire group, and the living area was large enough for everyone to hang out comfortably. The house is a quick 10 minute drive to Jim Thorpe. And the hosts were very helpful in providing recommendations and helping us nail down our itinerary for the weekend. Overall, a great experience!"
