Sleeping arrangements
Spread across three levels and connected by a private elevator, the home accommodates up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms with 10 beds and 8 baths. Each bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom for comfort and privacy. The primary suite features a walk-through closet, fireplace, and an ensuite with double vanity and deep-soaker tub. Five additional bedrooms each offer a queen-sized bed and TV. On the lower level, the bunk room includes two queen-sized bunk beds, a TV, and game console - an inviting space for families or groups traveling together. A powder room near the media room adds convenience.
Outdoor living
Even in winter, the private outdoor pool - available all year, open 24 hours - offers a memorable mountain experience, while the private hot tub soothes tired legs after skiing. The patio includes outdoor furniture, a fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining area, with surrounding forest creating a sense of seclusion. Ski-in/Ski-out access allows you to reach the lifts without driving or paid transportation, and a private entrance ensures easy arrivals.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped for shared meals, featuring a breakfast bar - 6 seats and a dining table that seats fourteen. A separate butler kitchen provides additional prep space for larger gatherings. The lower level media room includes a cinema surround sound system and adjoining billiards area, creating space to unwind after active days. High-speed Wifi and multiple TVs keep everyone entertained. Heating and AC - split type ductless system maintain comfort throughout the seasons.

A mudroom with ski racks and boot warmers keeps gear organized. Free parking garage on premises and additional driveway space make arrivals simple. Free washer - In building and free dryer - In unit are available for longer stays, and long term stays allowed make this home suitable for extended visits. Home safety features include smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.
Neighborhood
Located in Kadenwood, a short walk from the private gondola connecting to Creekside Village, you have convenient access to shops, restaurants, grocery store, and slope access via the Creekside Gondola. Ski-out access is suited to intermediate skiers, while ski-in is possible via the Kadenwood trail depending on snow conditions.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Note on Amenities: Please note the pool heating system is under repair during January and expected to be ready in early-mid February. The hot tub is working perfectly! Our current January pricing has been discounted to compensate for this change.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
