"Excellent stay in this beautiful pub. The heart of England staff were very helpful and polite. The room was warm and clean and had everything you needed, the beds were very comfatable . The hotel was very close to the wedding venue that I was attending, only a three minute drive. The breakfast in the morning was lovely. Would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. Thank you all for a lovely stay xx."

"There was a digger blocking one Blue Badge space and a van blocking another (that had no Blue Badge displayed). When I complained at check in, I was told that I wasn’t the only person who had complained but that there was nothing they could do about it. Not exactly a good start to the stay - having to navigate across a car park, in the dark and rain with a disabled adult and luggage! "

"Lovely, spacious room with a great view of the river. Unfortunately the room was ridiculously warm, even with air con on as low as it would go. Mould in the shower, and the carpet didnt seem to hsvr been vacuumed properly. "
