"The staff was really friendly and accommodating. I have a bad back and my room fridge didn't have a freezer. They were kind enough to put it into the main freezer! The breakfast attendant kept everything well stocked and super clean! He did a great job! The location feels really safe!"

"We stayed here because of the distance to Towson University. My son had a track meet there, it was very convenient to the college. All the staff was vey friendly and helpful. Our room and the lobby smelled clean when you walked in and looked it too.The breakfast was amazing! The only complaint I have is the elevators. They really need updating. They take so long to come to you especially if you're on one of the top floors like us. Or they open on each floor even if no one is on the floor or skip your floor completely. We were trapped in the elevator for about 10 minutes. I called the front desk they were very apologetic and got someone to assist us. However being trapped in a glass elevator had pros and cons. Pros if you're claustrophobic it helped with that because you could see out. The con was a glass elevator gave off the greenhouse effect. No air was going in the elevator. I was feeling very faint and hot on it. Any longer in the elevator would have been awful. Even with the elevators I still recommend this place. Next time I will ask for a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor and use the stairs. "
