"This was my second stay at this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the room is very clean and well appointed. The breakfast is delicious and choices are great. The parking is ample and accommodating."

"Our stay was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the clean, modern atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast was a highlight—the selection was diverse and delicious, and the chef was exceptionally friendly and welcoming to everyone. I think it would be a perfect experience if the front desk team could match that same level of warmth; a more welcoming tone at check-in and check-out would go a long way in making guests feel truly valued from the moment they arrive."

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Baltimore Downtown Convention Center Area

"Greeted by amazing front staff, check in was easy, king suite was clean and comfortable and spacious. Shower was hot with good pressure but did leak through opening in shower so needed extra floor towels which were available by housekeeping. Breakfast was good having a waffle maker and multiple grain options like cereal breads and muffins. On day 1 they had veggie and turkey items available but not on the next 2 of our 3 night stay. Because of this we explored the neighboring options in the Lexington Market which is located basically on the same strip but you will have to navigate native Baltimorians and you are visiting which I'm sure is as entertaining to them as they will be to you but only if you are down to earth and mind your business you will be cool. This is a major public transit area. Springhill Suites is in walking distance to the Harbor with good walking shoes and I even got a tan. Day 2 got a public transit day pass. Hotel was located across from the Hippodrome theater with many stores in the area. Although the neighborhood is not the best, the hotel itself and it's staff really made us feel like we were in a resort. Bar was available 5pm to 10pm but no pool sadly. There was Valet parking and they were also very friendly. Operation of this hotel was appreciated and I have no complaints."

"To preference this was my first time staying in Baltimore. Some of my family had warned me about certain areas but I did feel secure in the hotel. If you are used to hotel security and controlled access like major hotel chains this might not be the hotel for you. This is the hotel that you hide out at. The room was very spacious and has some charm. The hotel overall has had some work done and I can't knock it off too much due to it being a historical building. One thing I did see is that the building did not have an elevator which is fine. When I arrived at the hotel, I requested a room on the second floor but somehow the rooms were not cleaned. This is very surprising since there are roughly 3 to 4 rooms per floor. If you are taller the steps will be a workout for you. Overall, I slept well and enjoyed the quietness. Some things to mention are lack of exits and room service. There is not any room service to refresh any towels or to take out trash. I stayed more than a couple of days so you can imagine a couple of days of takeout filling up the small trash can. If there is an emergency all of the windows are sealed and you would need to still, make it down the stairs which would be a lot considering there are only two ways to exit."

Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The Sheraton is in a great location, we were there for a family wedding and close to everything. Parking was very easy on site (for a fee). There was no breakfast included so we didn’t make it down to the restaurant but there is a very convenient Starbucks in the lobby. The only negative I would say is when you get off the elevator on the floor it felt very humid and hot bc there seemed to always be someone doing laundry. Highly recommend"
