This makes the shuttle particularly important. The Hotel completely mismanaged the shuttle experience. They gave me wrong information which made me miss my shuttle. The employee who provided the wrong information Sherikha worked had to want to show me that she does not care about this at all. She was very blasé about the fact that I missed my shuttle and it was completely her fault. So missing the shuttle was a problem, but the attitude was a much bigger problem. I will never stay in that hotel again."

"I didn’t stay 5 min , I booked what i was should have been a 4 star hotel but it was not . First to get from the sticky parking garage to the hotel was very inconvenient included stairs and with luggage it was very difficult the hotel did not have a great smell and the rooms smelled like mop water. Would not recommend "
