"The hotel overall was nice but my room mirror was cracked. The employees were nice for the most part. I was a little disappointed because they do not have a garden rooftop at this specific location as mentioned in the amenities."

"Excellent property, clean and accessible. Restaurants on site and nearby are great too. I stayed here on 2 other occasions for half day conferences offered on site. I requested and received late checkout for full participation in the event. I was disappointed I was not able to have a late check out but instead was advised to have my luggage at the reception desk this time. "

"When I checked into the hotel on Thursday it went smoothly but come Friday night -Sunday morning I had to make numerous phone calls to the front desk everyday because kids was running up and down the halls loudly and banging on doors and was even running in the halls passed the times it said it was quiet hours and I couldn’t sleep or rest. And all the front desk said is they couldn’t do anything about it and that they would send their maintenance or cleaning people to go check it out and to me that’s unacceptable because if I’m making the same phone call about the same incident something should of been done the very first time "

"The staff stole an $80 medicated rub from my wifes toiletries that she uses on my back (I've broken 13 vertabra in the past and that's why I have it). It was in a tote bag on the ground next the phone in the room. We came back from lunch and the tote bag was empty. They had emptied the trash but not other cleaning was done like they took it and never came back. We requested they come back to the room 6 times. Nothing was done BUT they did come to ask about missing clothes someone had forgotten in the drawer...very upset."

"This property was very nice. I needed a quick overnight place to stay and this was perfect. The location is right off 95 which was exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend. "
