"Staff were very friendly and helpful. I received a room upgrade and cake for my birthday which was lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is nice, beds are comfortable and the buffet breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Our stay at The Urban Cozy Cottage was a blessing. The place was a full package. Clean, Tidy with complete amenities. We went down to Sydney for Hillsong Conference and though most of our time we were out, it was good to come back to the accommodation feeling like home after a long day. In addition, Vin has been an amazing host the entire time. He welcomed us with complimentary goodies as soon as we arrived. Communication and regular check-in was fantastic. He even went beyond in recommending food & great restaurants around to make sure we have the best experience during the stay. I have not seen a very warmth and hospitable host my entire experience using stayz and other accom-platform apart then him. I highly recommend the place and Vin, and we will definitely come back next time we're down in Sydney. "
