"The room was old and unclean. Hair on the floor, a mouldy rubber bath mat and the bathroom cupboard wouldn't open. I had to use my comb to push it open to get to the hair dryer. "

"Checking into this hotel, I had to walk my children through a bar of people drinking and staff using inappropriate language communicating with what seemed to be locals that drink there everyday. Checking into our rooms the floor was dirty and the smell in both rooms was off putting. The blankets were not covered and when removing the sheets on top of the blankets there was urine stains all over the blankets and mattresses. My son and daughter both had hair on their sheets and pillows. There was rubbish and used water bottles in the hotel cupboards and floor behind the bed. The shared bathrooms on the floor were dirty and old, privacy was absolute zero. Car park was closed from 3am-10am so getting our vehicle out of the car park meant we had to drag a heavy fence (not meant to be manually opened) so we could drive out in the morning to get to where we needed to be. Staff advised us around opening the fence. It felt very unsafe for my kids and family but the manager did refund us a room and was professional when speaking with him around my concerns."

The accommodation provided the perfect start to each day in the Balinese pavilion listening to nature, offering a peaceful view of the surrounding bushland and after a hectic day of meetings, the home served as a tranquil haven to unwind. Our hosts, Gary and Rowena, were very welcoming, and we truly appreciated the calming atmosphere throughout the house. The convenience of a small group of essential shops just a short walk away made our stay even more comfortable. We’ll definitely be returning to this little slice of paradise the next time we’re in Sydney."
