"I have stayed here a few times and the property while nice is looking a bit tired and a bit 1990s. Having said that the rooms are clean and I would stay here again but they need to do some renovations soon. The staff are generally unfriendly but not rude. They just do what they have to do, mind you how difficult is it for them to put up with customers these days. Good solid accommodation but nothing to get excited about. "

I reported this to the front desk, and they confirmed that they had not seen the face cleanser bottle and do not discard guests' belongings.
