"The hotel is close to everything, which is good for walking. The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't a microwave in the room. NO BUENO!!! Other than that, everything was to my expectations."

"We stayed in the Blanca tower and wow that was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. It was uneven/sloped toward the sides and felt like I was camping and sleeping on a deflated air mattress. Our room featured an exceptionally heavy-to-slide sliding bathroom door/mirror that covered the sink when open and didn’t shut all the way when closed. I was reprimanded by a valet attendant about having food delivered to the wrong place and was told “management wants all deliveries in the ride share area”. That’s great, I’m a rule follower and checked all the rules sent to me, yet that specific rule wasn’t on there. I explained to the gentleman that I’d already given instructions to the delivery driver for Valet drop off, and he proceeded to argue with me. That interaction should’ve been informative and kind, not argumentative. Overall our stay was fine. Check-in took way too long because they didn’t have enough staff to handle the volume. Besides the valet guy, staff were super friendly. Hotel was clean. The sports bar had an entire vegan menu, their food was delicious and the service was excellent."

"I like everything about this hotel, nice, clean, elegant, beautiful and the staff are unbelievable. That was my first time in Vegas and I chose the most beautiful, comfortable hotel to visit and I enjoyed every second of it. The architecture is breathtaking, I would definitely go back again in near future."

"Breakfast at the café was not good. Edible at best. Staff at the bar was not great either. The room was not clean and had moldy towels and mold in the walls in the shower. Overall, I would not stay here again. "
