"Casino was busy, room was great. Staff was very helpful. Learned that the mini bar in the room is electronic so do not move anything because it automatically charges to the room but staff was great assisting in adjusting those charges. Had a great time. "

"The bath tub in our room was unusable it had a caked hard grime from the faucet. The room amenities were not acceptable for a room on this “ special “ level. The food at Top of the World was awful. Staff was lazy grouping to talk, leaning on walls. Dress code for Top of World was not enforced, they was jeans, tennis shoes, cut off shorts, thong shoes! Don’t bother to tell anyone to follow it. Lady at the next set up a pod cast!!! She proceeded to be annoying and the camera was faced toward me. There is nothing special about this restaurant. A guest in the elevator told us it was bad food and he was correct! I had to send my steak back 2 times for being over done. We will not be back!"

"Initial check-in was somewhat stressful, as there were no clear signs or directions indicating where to go upon entering the main building. The first employee we encountered immediately began trying to sell attraction packages, which felt a bit off-putting. After asking multiple times where to check in, we were finally directed to the appropriate area. Check-in was completed via kiosk and was fairly straightforward; however, there was still a lack of clear guidance on where to go afterward. Fortunately, we were able to find a nearby employee who provided us with a map. Once we got settled, the rest of our stay went very smoothly. While the cleanliness of the room wasn’t exceptional, it was adequate and comfortable enough. The beds were actually better than expected, and parking felt secure. The amenities were by far our favorite part of the stay. There was a wide variety of options available, including food, entertainment, and coffee, making it easy to stay on-site without needing to go elsewhere. Since we were traveling with children, the free circus performances and arcade were a huge hit with our family. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning."

"First off - the staff were all very pleasant and friendly. My bad review is not on them. The beds were comfy and the pool area is nice. However - I was charged resort fees for amenities…. But no amenities are provided? My view was a brick wall, no coffee maker, no microwave, no fridge and the wifi did not work. You have to do a self check in and the only time anyone greeted me was to try to sell me a time share. There’s also zero room service options. It’s very evident whoever owns/operates this place doesn’t actually care about it ."

"Was a great place for a quick stay. Cute decor. Good central location. Good size rooms. Pool area is quite small and doesn’t get a lot of sun. The music/bass from the 21 and over pool is incredibly loud."
