The house is located in the quiet district of Bichling. The centre with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away. Numerous car parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. In summer there is a garden with barbecue for general use.

The house has 5 flats over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a 120m² flat with 3 bedrooms and direct access to the garden. On the 2nd and 3rd floor there are 2 flats of 50m² and 55m² respectively, each with 1 bedroom.

In winter, a blue piste leads up to 150 metres in front of the house and the lifts can be reached in a few minutes on foot and in summer you can reach numerous hikes in the Tyrolean mountains directly from the house.

Wirklich schöne & saubere Wohnung, sieht in echt aus wie auf den Bildern. Treppenhaus etc. alles super ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Matratzen waren uns zu weich, aber das mag ja jeder anders. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend fahren, ist das Haus Adler unsere erste Wahl.
