"Fine for the price. One problem: there was no ventilation in the room. Windows did not open and there was no air vent. I can’t imagine this is even legal. The only way to get air in the room was to turn on the old air conditioning unit in the window, which was extremely noisy."

"My room's exterior wall was full length glass and had to run electric heater full on to warm up the room which is a fair size. It is early spring, I had to move rooms because heater willl take too long, the 2nd room was better since it is slightly smaller, and smaller amount of windows. It has a kitchen with microwave, an air fryer, a hot plate would be handy. Appliances and kitchen ware are new and washed. However, parking lot is limited and street parking will have to be utilized during the busy season. Overall, a good experience for me in early spring and reception was friendly and understanding about the room heating."

"Hong was an excellent host from the start. She worked with me to fit my needs. Check-in was easy with the keypad.The house is roomy and very comfortable. Ample amount of towels were provided in each bedroom. I appreciated the k-cup coffees especially as I had busy morning starts.Hong was very communicable and addressed any of my messages in a responsive manner.House is walking distance to quite a few restaurants, market, coffee shops, banks."
