"Stayed here few times before. All the staff are courteous frieand very professional. Only thing missing is an on site car park. Otherwise ticks all the boxes. "

"Room was clean (although there was a half eaten pizza from the last guests that the cleaners missed and was there throughout our stay), the basic service was great breakfast was good and staff were helpful and friendly. The view from the bar and restaurant was great. As it was a special occasion we had paid extra to upgrade the room and were a bit disappointed with that. We paid for a signature sea view room and while we did have a sea view all we could see from our bed was the wall of the hotel, so couldn’t really enjoy it. The room was also quite tight and looked like we had been given one of the smallest on the floor which was also disappointing. I would stay here again but would say that the upgrades are not worth it. Stick to a standard room and you won’t be disappointed. "

"The staff at reception were very friendly at check in and every time we passed. The cleaners were pleasant and helpful plus they did a good job. "

"The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up."
