"When we got to the hotel and tried to check in we found out that the elevator was broken. As we have limited mobility the hotel staff worked with us to come up with a room on the first floor. They went out of their way to help and make sure we did not have any problems. Very happy with our stay."

"I chose this hotel so that I could be close to the United Center as i had 2 concerts to attend during my stay. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to be able to walk to the United Center and have a few food establishments close. The staff was extremely polite and made me feel comfortable. If you need parking they do have a limited amount of parking passes. These passes are purchased for $25 a day. I arrived Saturday and received mine but some ppl arriving on Monday were not able to park in the hotels lot. There is not a hot breakfast but they did have fruit cups, pop tarts, and maybe breakfast (I cant remember). The room was great for 1 person. Plenty of space to store things and hang your clothes. My only issues were the water pressure on the toilet and their pillows are so soft (i like mine firm). "
