"The AC did not cool the room down. I was told due to the property’s environmental commitments they could not turn the temperature down. Great, environment vs being in a hot room for the night. The alternative was open the window and listen to the airliners land every two minutes or move (after we had unpacked). Okay, fine, I’ll choose another property the next time I’m on vacation. "

"We were graciously checked in by Ignatius. Our room was very well appointed. Little fridge. Bathrobes. Tub and shower. Very luxurious The only downside is that it isn't really "IN" terminal 5. It was a very long walk from terminal 5 arrivals to finally find the front desk. However, I would wholeheartedly recommend it for an overnight at Heathrow, rather than having to take a bus to a nearby hotel."
