"The front desk staff was outstanding. The gentleman that was at the desk when we picked up our bags to head to the airport was so knowledgeable and proud of the property that I think he should be allowed time to provide tours - they would be excellent!"

The hotel was extremely noisy, crowded with kids running around everywhere, and overall very dirty. The buffet restaurant was particularly bad — the floors were filthy, the tables were not cleaned properly, and the entire food area felt unhygienic. The service was just as bad. The staff were unfriendly, never smiled, never greeted us, and seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. It...
