"The hotel had ignored the owners/property manager's instructions to clean before our arrival and when we arrived, we were greeted with a filthy apartment with moldy food and wet, smelly towels. It was a total disaster from the previous tenants. Our two young grandchildren were tired and had nowhere to calm down. It was a fight until the hotel cleaned the place."

"The Even Israel apartments have an excellent location if you want easy access to town and the Old City. The apartments are new and beautifully furnished. Benjamin’s service was excellent. Cleaning fee is additional to daily rate. Access to the apartments with lots of luggage requires a bit of negotiation. "

"No air conditioning despite they said it was working, internet did not work either despite user and passwords were provided and the worst cold water they told me how to turn it on but I did it for two hours and zero hot water came out of the faucet those are just facts and I am usually pacient but this just over pass me "
