My first stay at the Inbal

I enjoyed my stay at the Inbal. It was a great location, quiet room, good size, and an amazing breakfast that kept me filled for hours. I was there with my future daughter in law and we shared a room! the room was big enough and well designed enough for us to be comfortable for 4 nights!

Beautiful property and lovely staff. I was greeted with a handwritten note that was very touching and some (very yummy!) sweet treats upon arrival. The breakfast is AMAZING, delicious and unbelievably beautiful to look at. Lovely stay. Can't wait to return. ☮️❤️

Probably the best value for your dollar among the high-end Jerusalem hotels. My only suggestion is that the hotel should do a little better job of maintaining the rooms in the cleanest and most pristine state.

A good 4 star hotel, not 5, perfect position, friendly staff, good food but aging facilities Bit into a pear at breakfast, was rotten, complained to staff (Mussah - deputy head of food and beverages) who said he would deal with it, he then disappeared never to be heard from again. This should never happen in a top hotel... Overall good, but much improvement also needed

Amazing stay

Amazing stay for weekend. Staff was very professional and attentive. Comfortable family connecting rooms. Location is perfect near mall, western wall, and restaurants. Breakfast and sabbath meals were gourmet and all you can eat. Can’t wait to come back.

Enjoyed the stay

Could use a manager - the impression at the front desk is a lot of help without structure. The language issues don't help. Otherwise the hotel is an advertised and it worked well for us.
