"The staff was VERY helpful! We were disappointed that there was no breakfast, but we understood that it was because of the war and fewer guests. For at least one night, we were the only ones! Any time there was a problem, the staff addressed it immediately. Parking was convenient, and the maid service was excellent."

"Though during my stay Israel had closed the airspace and just about all tourist/religious/historical sites for public safety reasons, my hotel became my sanctuary. The housekeeping staff were always ready to clean room & provide me with essentials if needed. I even extended my stay without difficulty. Wonderful Front Desk; an excellent location close to the sites; many shops all around and places to get food etc. I love the busy location & being right in the middle of local life. It is a very busy neighbourhood - but that is the charm. "

"Very comfortable room and bathroom Excellent breakfast Been to two other Jerusalem hotels in the last 10 days and inbal is the only hotel that offers excellent tv channels and Netflix. When you are stuck in a hotel room cos of sirens this was a great bonus."

"The rooms could be a little cleaner.. There are plenty of shops and places to eat a very nearby. The train also runs on the street. The breakfast is expensive at Ibis. Usually went to a shop for coffee and pastry nearby. The hotel is on Jaffa Street very convenient to get two things. 15 minute walk to the old city."

"Beautiful spa and indoor pool. Rooms very comfortable and clean bathrooms No Netflix on tv but there are a few channels we could watch."
