"The property was clean and was comfortable for 5 people. We stayed for 10 days and we loved it. The description in the website were accurate and the staff was really nice and accommodating. The apartment was not that clean. We received new towels for each guest but they left dirty towels in the shower. There are no TVs in the rooms, only in the living room. Housekeeper Reagan (who remembered us and our earlier room number from our previous visit) was especially helpful in getting many things that we needed and in making the room perfect. Housekeeping manager Luma was also very cooperative and helpful, as were the front desk staff and manager Natalie. The hotel is showing its age in places but they are renovating, and the staff make up for any problems by addressing them."
