Bed and Breakfast in West Islip

"Accommodations were ok but seemed expensive for the price, especially off season. Curtains were ripped and bed was soft. Tub was slippery. Staff was accommodating with later check out. It was good enough for one night because location was convenient for our events. "

"The room was too small for 2 people. There was very little unpacking space and even though the bathroom was very big, there was no shelf, no cabinet, not even a toilet seat to put things on, to take a shower. Even the sink was where the bed was. I hated the bed, but my husband didn't have a problem with it. Still, the toilet, shower, microwave and fridge worked. If you open the ironing board, you can put stuff on that...It wasn't dirty and it wasn't noisy. I think they have more rooms than parking, but I'm not sure about that, but it was full. The AC made a weird noise. There's lots of things close by. I guess it's fine to only sleep."

"Love the Hotel because is convenient close to everything and its clean most staffs are helpful except for JR. He is at the front desk. Has no manners, no empathy, and its not helpful at all. Does not greet the client and its very rude. However Jonathan was very polite and helpful. Saw me with my 2 small childrens and my luggages helped all the way to my car."

"The motel was in a great location and served our needs. Our dog could stay with us, which was key. We had 3 pillows on our king sized bed so I went down to ask for one more. They said ‘no’. That’s all. There was also a used washcloth hanging in our shower when we got there. Ick."

"The location is great if you’re flexible where you stay Suffolk County. The hotel is right next to the expressway so NYC or LI beaches are just down the highway’ish! If you like to unwind at the bar though it is very poorly stocked and staffed. Didn’t check out the pool so no comments good or bad. If you’re not looking at really hanging out at the hotel this might not your place, otherwise your room and location might be worth a try!"

"Upscale and very clean rooms. Contemporary style. Breakfast buffet available for an extra fee of USD $23.99 per person. I would say it’s worth it. Wide variety of options including fresh made to order omelettes included in buffet price."

"Hotel is grand and pleasing to look at but up close is dirty and filthy. Very disappointed for the amount I paid for room and condition of hotel. Bathroom fan did not work humidity never left the bathroom. The tv was blurry. The filters and fan system in room starts and ends very loud and bangs all throughout night. The bed was very old and sank. I think this hotel has slapped to many bandaid remodels on top of each other it’s time to replace things. 2 of the 3 elevators worked and hopefully they are replacing them not just bc they are so slow but bc of the filth and grossness all over the walls and mirrors. You didn’t want to touch or corners for fear of touching whatever is dried up going down the wall. Wouldn’t stay again. "
